This is a brave guy named Shelton Alexander from the documentary "When the Levees Broke." His story is amazing and shows great bravery for a sad time in America. His poetry which is about half way through is some of the most powerful spoken word that I have ever heard. He shows his pain and sympathy for his fellow New Orleans neighbors.
